1| Your initial visit with me will be a consultation. This can be virtual or in person, we can meet at your house, my home studio or pretty much anywhere that serves coffee! I want to learn about what you are looking for. I want to talk about location, time of day, clothing, props, and of course the people who will be participating and any other details and expectations that may be needed to provide the best experience for you! This will also be an opportunity to discuss the final product... are you looking for wall art, albums, something special as a gift, or maybe cards or invitations? If you decide we are a good fit, we will move on to step two!
2| Paperwork... a necessary part of being sure we are on the same page. You will receive an email outlining everything we spoke about in the consultation. This will also be my contract, once signed you will be invoiced for your retainer fee. (A retainer fee of $100 is due to hold your scheduled date and time for your session) The remainder of your session fee will be invoiced seperatly and due the day of your session.
3| This is it, step 3 is on location!
4| This is the magical time where I spend in post processing preparing your photographs for you! Within a day or two you will receive a sneak peak of your session. These will be web quality so you can feel free to share them with family, friends, and social media. Within two weeks I will contact you to set up an appointment to view your gallery!
5| Gallery viewing and ordering! This is my favorite part! You will be able to see all the finished photographs from your session. This will be when you can pick out prints, wall out, cards, gifts... the list is endless! You will have a print credit from your session and can also order al la carte to meet your needs.
6| Depending on what you have ordered you should expect to receive your finished product within one to two weeks. There are no shipping charges if it is delivered to my studio. Drop shipping is an option.
7. I am happy to help with installation of wall art and will continue to be available as needed. If you ever need anything else, your gallery of photographs will be backed up and stored for five years past your session date.
